DO YOUR PRICES INCLUDE VAT?

Yes. All the prices on the website are including VAT at 17.5%. If your purchase is to be dispatched outside of the E.U. you will be entitled to the discount equivalent to the VAT amount.


IS THE PRICE I SEE THE FINAL PRICE I PAY?

Yes. All our prices are final. Shipping, insurance, packaging, and gift options are all included in the price.

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM JEWELLERY?

Yes. We can make any design with diamonds, gemstones, pearls, or a combination of all. All we need is for you to send us an image of the design you have in mind. We aim to provide you with a quote within 24 hours, and guarantee to beat any prices quoted for the same item.


IS YOUR JEWELLERY HALLMARKED?

Yes. Our jewellery comes with a British hallmark.


HOW CAN I GET MY JEWELLERY INSURED?

Your purchase is supplied with a valuation appraisal. With this you can contact your insurers and arrange to get your jewellery insured.


HOW DO I KNOW THAT YOUR DIAMONDS ARE CONFLICT-FREE?

All our diamonds are 100% conflict-free. A written guarantee can be provided upon request.


CAN I ORDER OVER THE TELEPHONE?

Sure. You can order any product by calling us on 0800 625 0405. If you have added the product to the shopping basket please quote the basket reference number in order to serve you better.


HOW DO I FIND OUT THE REQUIRED RING SIZE?

Our Ring Sizer should help you to find the correct ring size. If you are still unsure, you can order the ring in the size you feel most suitable. If this does not fit you can return it to us and we will resize it for you within one day, free of charge.


CAN I HAVE A PERSONALISED MESSAGE ENGRAVED IN MY JEWELLERY?

Sure. We can engrave names, dates and/or the message that you wish. Please contact Customer Service to discuss your preferences.

We do apologise as this can be quite frustrating and we are not always able to provide answers, as the card payment process involves our processing systems and the banks clearing systems. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Platinum Diamonds makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible, and will try to ensure you receive it on or before the estimated delivery date. If you need your item for a specific date please do let us know, and we will work to ensure that you receive your item within the specified date.


HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

At Platinum Diamonds we understand that sometimes plans don’t fall through and circumstances can change. We therefore allow you to cancel your order within 30 days from placed. If your order has already been dispatched then you will have to return it to us in order to receive a full refund.


HAVE YOU DISPATCHED MY ORDER?

An email will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. If you don’t receive your order in the designated delivery period, please contact Customer Service stating your order number and name. We will then look into this for you and get back to you with information regarding your order.


THERE IS A MISTAKE WITH MY ORDER

Although very unusual it’s possible that there is a mistake with your order. We do apologise for any mistakes with your order. Please contact Customer Service, alternatively phone 0800 625 0405, stating your order/invoice number, name and the mistake with your order. We will then be able to rectify the mistake in a timely manner.
