At Platinum Diamonds Ltd we deal directly with the DTC (The Diamond Trading Company), the world’s largest diamond miner. Thanks to our strong supply chain we are able to control the diamond quality from the mine to the end consumer. We only deal with our associated companies whom, like us, proudly adhere to and enforce the standards established by the Kimberley Process, an international system that polices the trade of diamonds to ensure they are from sources free of conflict. All Platinum Diamonds Ltd diamonds are guaranteed to be conflict free. If one of our associates was ever found to be in violation of that process, we would immediately stop working with them. We will continue to support and promote any process that works towards maintaining the human rights and best working conditions in the diamond trade. Platinum Diamonds Ltd is a global strong conflict-free supporter and has a zero-tolerance policy toward conflict diamonds. Through measures such as the Kimberley Process, which tracks diamonds from mine to market, the industry in partnership with the United Nations.

Sometimes with the volume of orders we receive, an item can go out of stock before we're able to post notification to the site. If this happens, we will notify you personally so we can help you find another item. Where a higher specification is available we will happily upgrade your stone at our discretion and only where possible at no extra cost. For certified diamond jewellery, we may contact you to inform you of possible diamond choices before we commence producing your item. This is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the specifications of the diamond chosen.

To keep our prices as low as possible, we do not allow comparison shopping. Comparison shopping is the act of buying several of the same item, keeping the one you like best, and then returning the remainder. This causes unnecessary restocking and inventory expenses which can be very costly.

Once your returned order has been processed by our warehouse team, we will email to let you know.


WHEN WILL YOU REFUND MY MONEY?

We will refund your money as soon as we can but please allow at least 3 working days after we receive your returned item(s). You will receive an email confirming the refund and the original order value with the refunded amount. After you receive the refund confirmation email please allow for at least 5 working days for the money to be placed back into your account. Your card issuer or bank is responsible for crediting your account therefore we do not have any control over the described timeframe.


WILL I GET A FULL REFUND?

Yes. We will refund you the total amount paid including the costs you have incurred to return the item to us. Please note that we can only refund the return postage costs equal to Royal Mail’s Special Next Day Delivery charges.

At Platinum Diamonds we offer free delivery on everything. Signature is mandatory so please make arrangements for someone to be at the shipping destination. On International orders there is a shipping charge of £15 plus insurance.

DO I NEED TO SIGN ON DELIVERY?

Yes. All deliveries require a signature on receipt. If there is no one available for a signature the delivery company will leave a note at the address to rearrange delivery or for pickup of the order.


DO I GET CHARGED CUSTOM OR IMPORT CHARGES?

No if your order is being delivered within the United Kingdom or any country within the European Community.

Charges apply to orders being delivered outside the European Community. We would advise that you find out what these charges may be before you place your order.


ARE THERE ANY AREAS IN THE U.K THAT YOU DO NOT DELIVER TO?

We deliver to all of mainland U.K, including the Highlands & Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and BFPO. Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Box addresses.
